Position: Intermediate Deskside Support Analyst to cover 2 end clients from 1pm-5pm (Part-Time), 3 days a week ongoing .

Our client is looking for an Intermediate Deskside Support Analyst to cover 2 end clients from 1pm-5pm (Part-Time), 3 days a week ongoing in Edmonton [Onsite;
Edmonton Area].

Must Have's:

4+ years of experience providing Desktop support

Experience with providing:

end user support,

laptop/desktop hardware and windows support

mobile devices

printers and peripherals

installed applications

Hands and feet for tier 2 or tier 3 support

Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting business applications (including standard and complex applications)

Installations

Potentially handling vendor support calls when needed

Imaging laptops/desktops

Hands and feet for tier 3 support

Network cable exchanges

Local access to network

Server or storage to assist the other support teams with

Rebooting devices

Installation or removal of components (following Tier 3 instructions)

Coordinating with Trace IT team for activities

Ticket management with good details

Speaking with other deskside resources to coordinate or troubleshoot issues

Customer service is keys

Professional demeanor

Soft touch with users

Speaking calmly and positively responsive to requests

Providing timelines and understanding priority

Work with team lead for updates and escalations

Work with site manager for updates and escalations
