Become a Forward Deployed Engineer Strategist at Caylent and lead AI strategy initiatives. Engage with stakeholders to maximize AI impact on business outcomes remotely.
As part of Caylent's dedicated AI practice, you'll bridge the gap between strategy and implementation. Collaborating seamlessly with both internal teams and clients, this role emphasizes creating a comprehensive roadmap for AI adoption. You will work closely with the FDE to drive technical excellence and ensure strategic alignment across organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end AI project delivery and strategy
• Facilitate workshops to assess business AI readiness
• Map organizational AI adoption to measurable business metrics
• Present findings and strategic plans to client executives
• Guide FDE efforts in implementing AI tooling
Requirements:
• 8+ years in software development or architecture roles
• 3+ years in consulting or engineering leadership
• Proven track record of executive-level communication
• Background in AI strategy or technology adoption
• Knowledge of CI/CD and modern software development practices
