Schedule:

12‑hour shifts on a 7‑x‑7 rotation (3 day; 1 night).
Overview  Finning Canada is looking for a mining technology support advisor to support and optimize our industry‑leading Mine Star technology suite. This role focuses on mining technology systems, fleet management solutions, and operational technologies that directly impact performance in active mining environments.
Responsibilities   Serve as the go‑to technical expert for Mine Star solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and operational technology issues
Support remote deployments, upgrades, and integrations
Deliver training to customers and internal teams
Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes
Qualifications   Diploma in a technical/engineering field

Experience with IT systems, databases, or radio communications
Exposure to mining technology (Mine Star, Wenco, Modular) is an asset
Strong problem‑solving, communication, and project coordination skills
Knowledge of mining operations, GPS, and equipment systems
