The Digital Design and Delivery division at the Government of Alberta is hiring multiple Senior Service Designers to spearhead modernization efforts. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, enhancing services for citizens, and conducting qualitative research. Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and design service experiences using human-centred methods
• Facilitate user interviews and co-design workshops
• Develop journey maps and service performance metrics
• Collaborate in Agile teams for continuous improvement
• Support service transformation and organizational change
Requirements:
• 3+ years in the public sector
• Minimum 2 years in service design research outputs
• 2 years experience in Agile product teams
• Proven ability in usability testing
• Background in delivering digital services
