This permanent position requires 1 to 2 years of experience and a relevant college diploma. You'll be responsible for coordinating network access, performing upgrades, and maintaining essential computer systems, all in a supportive and dynamic work setting. Physical presence at the work location is essential—remote work is not an option.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate access and use of computer networks
• Install and maintain software and web server applications
• Troubleshoot and upgrade server hardware and software
• Monitor computer systems and network performance
• Supervise technical staff and resolve user issues
Requirements:
• Relevant college diploma or certificate (1-2 years)
• 1 to 2 years of networking experience
• Must be a permanent or valid temporary resident of Canada
• Willing to relocate to Edmonton
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
