Systems Analyst

Make a crucial impact with APEGA as a Systems Analyst in Edmonton. You will ensure reliable applications while providing dedicated support and resolving technical issues for business-critical systems.

As a Systems Analyst reporting to the IT Applications Manager, you will manage APEGA’s business applications including Aptify and SQL Server. This full-time, temporary role encompasses production support, configuration, and crucial enhancements by working collaboratively with internal teams and vendors. Your analytical thinking and customer service skills will drive successful resolutions and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide application support for APEGA’s business systems

• Serve as the primary contact for application issues

• Triage and resolve application support tickets

• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues

• Create system views and user-facing reports

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant application support experience

• Post-secondary degree in a related field

• Expertise in SQL and T-SQL querying

• Knowledge of software development methodologies

• Certification in .NET, C#, or SQL preferred
