IT Systems Administrator

This full-time role requires on-site presence in Edmonton to ensure systems run smoothly. You will leverage your communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to monitor and maintain operational efficiency. Your contributions will directly impact business objectives and system enhancements for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain on-premises and cloud systems
• Design and deploy new applications and system enhancements
• Collaborate with IT staff for effective systems operation
• Resolve hosted service issues with adherence to SLAs
• Create, maintain system documentation and configurations
Requirements:
• Experience with Active Directory and Server Administration
• Knowledge of VMware VCenter & ESXi technology
• Proficient in scripting (Power Shell, Bash, KSH)
• Familiarity with cloud services such as Azure
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills
