IT Systems Administrator

This full-time role focuses on monitoring and optimizing our networked software and operating systems. You will leverage strong communication and analytical skills to resolve issues, fostering the reliability of IT systems. Actively participate in collaborating with IT staff to achieve business objectives while conducting research on software and systems products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and optimize networked software and systems

• Design and deploy new systems and software enhancements

• Resolve hosted service issues and ensure SLA compliance

• Manage network servers and technology tools

• Create documentation for system configurations and processes
Requirements:

• Proficient in Active Directory and Windows Infrastructure

• Experience with VMware VCenter & ESXi

• Knowledge of cloud services like Azure and IBM Cloud

• Proficient in scripting languages (Power Shell, bash)

• Strong communication and project management skills
