This in-office position focuses on managing Windows systems, providing assistance with Microsoft applications, and performing PC and network troubleshooting. As a Systems Administrator, you will play a key role in user account management, supporting various IT projects, and ensuring smooth operations across western Canada and northwestern US through occasional site travel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with helpdesk operations for Microsoft environments
• Manage Active Directory and Office 365 user accounts
• Oversee basic administration of virtualized Windows servers
• Monitor and manage PC lifecycle and repairs
• Troubleshoot network and internet service issues
Requirements:
• Diploma in Computer Information Technology or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational skills under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills for user communication
• Valid vehicle for site visits within Alberta
• Basic hand tool skills for equipment installation
