Position: Systems Analyst for APEGA

Your role will include supporting application stability and coordinating technical improvements while ensuring secure operations.

As a Systems Analyst at APEGA, you will report directly to the IT Applications Manager. This full-time, temporary position calls for 3-5 years of experience in application support and development. Your expertise will ensure reliable performance for business-critical applications, including Aptify and SQL Server, while delivering enhancements and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide production support for APEGA’s business applications

• Triage and document application support tickets

• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders on issues

• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues

• Maintain automated build and deployment pipelines

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Systems or related field

• 3-5 years experience in application support

• Proficient in .NET, C#, SQL, ITIL 4

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
