Position: QA Tester with Team Leadership Role

As a Senior QA Analyst with over 5 years of experience, you will coordinate workflow among team members while executing your own active test cases. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to track defects and validate workflows effectively. Your leadership will support the development and improvement of standards and processes within the QA team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily activities and assign QA team work

• Monitor testing progress and ensure timely executions

• Act as primary contact for defect management

• Support QA process improvements and identify risks

• Analyze and report on test results and status metrics

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in QA roles within regulated sectors

• Experience with Jira or similar test management tools

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Ability to manage both testing and team activities
