As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide desktop and on-site support in corporate environments. Your responsibilities include imaging and maintaining equipment, ensuring software compliance, and performing system health checks. Additionally, you will facilitate new hire orientations and manage IT inventory to support user efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and resolve work tickets promptly
• Setup and support computers, monitors, and mobile devices
• Train end users on office automation equipment
• Conduct health checks on IT systems and equipment
• Manage IT inventory and coordinate tasks with Service Desk
Requirements:
• Experience in desktop and on-site IT support
• Knowledge of hardware, software, and networking
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with Microsoft environments and VPN connectivity
• Ability to support office automation tools effectively
