Join Keolis as an IT Applications & Integration Analyst in a hybrid role split between Edmonton and Calgary. This position involves tier 3 support and system integration expertise.
As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in implementing and configuring business applications while providing expert support for integrations and data exchanges. Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure operational reliability and compliance with business needs. Your work will significantly impact the efficiency of application operations across Western Canada, requiring a robust understanding of application integrations and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and configure business applications to meet requirements
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex application issues
- Design, monitor, and troubleshoot data integrations
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Support software enhancements and vendor coordination
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- Experience with enterprise applications and integrations
- Understanding of API and middleware technologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid‑paced workplace
