In this dispatch role, you will deliver first and second-level technical support while managing service requests efficiently. Your expertise in troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating systems will help in resolving issues swiftly, maintaining a robust communication channel with both clients and technicians. A commitment to customer satisfaction is paramount as you work alongside various stakeholders to turn challenges into solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site technical support for desktop environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technicians
• Update Service Now and organizational records promptly
• Coordinate installation and configuration of hardware and software
Requirements:
• 3+ years in IT Infrastructure field support
• A+ certification and one from Cisco or Microsoft
• Proficient in Windows 10 & 11, Office Suite/O365
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
