Location: Stony Plain, AB (100% In-Office)

Salary Range: $60,000 – $65,000 per year (Depending on experience)

This isn't your average helpdesk job. You will be the technical backbone for our clients, helping them navigate, troubleshoot, and master their fuel management systems, PC-based software, and modern Cloud/SaaS applications.

While 75% of your day will involve direct client interaction via phone and email, you’ll also get to flex your technical muscles across hardware & software deployment as well as assisting to solve mechanical & electrical issues. You are a great fit if you love solving puzzles, learning how things work under the hood, and interacting with people.

• Customer Support & Training (75%): Provide world-class phone and email support for fuel management systems & commercial cardlocks. Walk clients through system setups and train them on how to use the platforms.
• Scripting & Database Maintenance (5%): Maintain our proprietary application and write/modify custom C# .NET scripts and MS SQL queries based on existing templates.
• Hardware & Network Integration (5%): Program and configure fuel management systems as well as industrial modems, routers, and IP converters.
• Hardware Evaluation: Conduct hands-on testing of returned hardware, modems, and systems on an as-needed basis.
• On-Call Rotation: Participate in an after-hours and weekend on-call phone rotation every 3 to 4 weeks.

• The Tech-Unicorn Mindset: You have a foundational understanding of programming (C# .NET and MS SQL) but are entirely comfortable not coding all day. You should be comfortable with AI as a resource. Junior developers looking to leverage their skills in a client-facing role are highly encouraged to apply!
• Networking Basics: A working knowledge of how modems, routers, and IP addresses function.
• Resourceful Problem Solver: You can leverage manuals, documentation, and your own resourcefulness to figure out older legacy technologies or unfamiliar systems.
