As an AI Engineer, you will collaborate with backend and frontend developers to implement AI-driven changes utilizing Python.
Your role includes crafting RAG components, ensuring regression safety, and building Python services for practical integrations. Emphasizing reliability and observability, this position demands an innovative mindset and hands-on experience in advanced AI workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and tune RAG components and heuristics
• Wire evaluation harnesses for regression detection
• Develop Python services interfacing with AI platform
• Collaborate with .NET and React teams for implementation
• Ensure production-level reliability of AI solutions
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of software or ML engineering experience
• Advanced Python skills with production-level shipping
• Hands-on exposure to LLMs and RAG systems
• Proficiency with REST APIs and JSON
• Familiarity with AI tooling and prompt engineering
