As the Technical Lead for IMT Applications, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovative solutions and technical standards at Durabuilt Windows & Doors. This position emphasizes collaboration and mentorship, guiding developers while focusing on robust architecture and integration with core enterprise systems using .NET and SQL strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define architectural standards for .NET applications and SQL solutions
• Mentor and coach development team members in best practices
• Create proofs of concept to validate new solutions
• Design scalable systems from complex business needs
• Manage database optimization and deployment processes
Requirements:
• Over 7 years in .NET development—C#, ASP.NET focus
• Mastery of Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, and performance tuning
• Experience leading and mentoring technical teams
• Proven API design and integration skills
• Strong communicator with a collaborative approach
