Position: Solution Architect for Hybrid IT
Become an Infrastructure Solutions Architect with a leading MSP in Edmonton, specializing in on-prem IT solutions. Collaborate with sales teams to deliver tailored infrastructure for various clients.
This renowned MSP has over 40 years of experience in IT infrastructure support. The hybrid position allows for three days onsite and two days remote.

The right candidate will have deep knowledge of technologies such as Dell, HPE, and Lenovo, combined with experience in client-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect infrastructure solutions for clients

• Work closely with sales teams on solution delivery

• Supervise subvendors to ensure quality support

• Assist with RFPs and presales documentation

• Required travel to client sites in the area
Requirements:

• Expertise in Dell EMC, HPE, or Cisco technologies

• Experience with client interaction in a consulting capacity

• Strong ownership of documentation and detail

• Ability to operate in a hybrid work environment

• Experienced in managing IT infrastructure environments
