Data Developer at Qualico

Qualico is seeking a skilled Data Developer in Edmonton to drive data solutions and business intelligence tools. Your expertise will enhance data accuracy while improving decision-making across the organization.
As a Data Developer, reporting to the Director of Data Analytics and Automation, you will design and maintain data pipelines, manage SQL queries, and develop dashboards. This role requires collaboration with business and technical teams to transform and ensure the quality of data from various sources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes

• Build and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and views

• Enhance business intelligence dashboards and reporting solutions

• Analyze business requirements for technical data solutions

• Monitor and improve data loads and BI reliability
Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field

• 5+ years of data development and BI experience

• Proficient in SQL, SSIS, and ETL/ELT processes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Team-oriented with effective collaboration abilities
