Position: Web Content Coordinator for City
Shape Edmonton's digital presence as a Web Content Coordinator. Manage content creation, ensure accessibility, and enhance user experiences on , while collaborating with diverse teams.
As a key member of the Digital Services team, you will report to the Team Lead of Web Authoring and Quality Assurance.

Your role includes overseeing web content, ensuring it is functional and user-friendly, and transforming complex information into engaging digital formats. Join a dedicated team focused on maintaining high digital quality that fosters community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review work requests for City standards alignment

• Build and update web pages using the City's CMS

• Support content accuracy and accessibility checks

• Consult with clients to establish content flow and goals

• Assist in analytics dashboard preparation
Requirements:

• Diploma in business, web design, or communications

• Minimum two years in website design and content management

• Extensive knowledge of web usability and accessibility

• Proficiency in content management software, especially Drupal

• Strong consultative skills with clients and collaborators
