Your skills in customer service and quick problem-solving will shine in this full-time position. Responsibilities include ticket completion, hardware imaging, and assisting with logistics for tech deployments within a supportive team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address Connect Wise tickets with urgency
• Manage and track IT asset inventories
• Coordinate logistics for hardware shipping
• Image systems for end users and retail setups
• Support enterprise applications and resolve issues
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Information Technology
• 2–5 years in end-user support roles
• Experience with multi-site organizations
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
