We are offering two roles: one in St. Albert and another in Markham, ON, with occasional local travel for onsite support. The technician will deliver first and second-level support for hardware, software, and network issues while fostering a customer-oriented approach. Applicants must possess a driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first and second-level technical support to users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and Windows 10/11
• Document resolutions and support activities in ticketing systems
Requirements:
• Previous help desk or IT support experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Windows environments
• Understanding networking fundamentals like DNS and VPN
• Ability to independently resolve technical issues
Effective troubleshooting and user support are pivotal in this Help Desk Technician role.
