In this role, the Group Benefits Analyst works closely with the Technical Director to provide top-notch support for our group benefits operations. We are looking for someone highly organized and critical thinking, who can manage various projects while ensuring service quality. Your contributions will play a vital role in shaping effective business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive data accuracy and analyze anomalies

• Develop reports for the sales team’s use

• Maintain organized records for the benefits sector

• Assist in database automation initiatives

• Lead special projects for the Group Benefits team

Requirements:

• Prior experience in data administration is preferred

• LLQP certification or intent to pursue it

• Experience with SQL databases considered an asset

• Strong proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word

• Bachelor’s or College diploma in administration or finance
