Advance your site reliability engineering career with Git Lab, specializing in Environment Automation. Contribute to ensuring optimal operation and scalability of Git Lab environments remotely.
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will support the Dedicated team in maintaining numerous isolated environments while utilizing automation tools like Terraform and Kubernetes.
Your role will directly influence operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with senior SREs to tackle unique challenges across multiple tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage operational automation across Git Lab environments
• Develop observability solutions for effective monitoring
• Aid in incident response and troubleshooting efforts
• Participate in planning for infrastructure enhancements
• Create durable automation tools for lifecycle management
Requirements:
• Experience operating production infrastructure as an SRE
• Skilled in Golang and Kubernetes operations
• Competence in Terraform and Ansible
• Strong grasp of Git-based workflows
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms
