Position: Data-Driven Learning Analyst Role
Become a vital part of Aecon's team in Bowmanville, ON as a Learning Analyst. Focus on improving training programs through insightful data analysis and strategic instructional design.

Reporting to the Onboarding & Training Manager, you will analyze training data and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of learning initiatives.

Your role will involve developing visual reports and conducting needs assessments to align training with project goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze training data for improved decision-making

• Maintain reports on training completion and effectiveness

• Assist in conducting training needs assessments

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on learning objectives

• Manage and enhance learning platforms and dashboards

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Power BI and Excel

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

• Effective communication abilities for diverse audiences

• Exposure to instructional design principles is an asset

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
