- Develop and support tools to enhance business capabilities
- Lead technical and stakeholder meetings effectively
- Provide support via phone, email, chat, and in-person
- Troubleshoot second-level IT support issues with documentation
- Facilitate major IT incident resolutions
- Diploma in IT or computer science
- Two years of service desk or related experience
- Knowledge of software and operating systems
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- ITIL V3 Foundations certification
