We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Coordinator to serve as a critical link between technical teams and business stakeholders. This role blends business analysis, project coordination, and Agile delivery leadership to support the successful development and implementation of software solutions—particularly in SCADA and Leak Detection systems.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical foundation, thrives in Agile environments, and demonstrates excellent communication and facilitation skills across cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements with clarity and precision
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand operational needs, translating them into actionable technical requirements
- Support solution design discussions, effectively communicating with both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Ensure requirements are aligned with business goals and project objectives
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee project activities across multiple initiatives
- Track timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks or bottlenecks
- Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Sprint Planning
- Daily Stand‑ups
- Sprint Reviews
- Retrospectives
- Organize and lead product demonstrations to showcase progress and gather stakeholder feedback
- Support backlog grooming and prioritization in collaboration with Product Owners and development teams
- Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams
- Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience in technical coordination, business analysis, or related roles
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC); hands‑on development experience is an advantage
- Proven track record in business analysis and requirements management
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives
- Experience in project coordination or project management roles
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with in pipeline systems, SCADA, or industrial control environments
- Familiarity with Git, Dev Ops platforms, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working with distributed or hybrid teams
- Proficiency in Jira, including dashboards, workflows, and reporting
- Strong organizational and facilitation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- A cooperative mindset with a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
