Join Iron Eyes Monitoring as a Monitoring Specialist based in Edmonton, overseeing real-time alerts and customer interactions from the Iron Watch Centre. Focus on site compliance, crisis management, and team coordination every shift.
As a Monitoring Specialist, you will be responsible for actively monitoring customer sites using Iron Eyes Towers. Your role includes handling complex alarms, overseeing alert responses, and ensuring compliance with contracts and regulatory standards. Adapt effectively in a 24/7 control room environment while prioritizing prompt decision‑making during emergencies.
Responsibilities- Monitor sites and expand on violations in real-time
- Coordinate alert responses with law enforcement and stakeholders
- Generate reports on alert metrics and violations
- Troubleshoot technical issues with monitoring systems
- Facilitate communication during emergencies and high-priority events
- Experience in monitoring or alert response roles
- Robust communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Familiarity with compliance standards
- Proficiency in using monitoring software and systems
