- Over 5 years in SharePoint Online technology enablement
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, with a focus on Share Point
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities
- Strong skills in stakeholder influence and consensus building
- Knowledge of OCM frameworks like Prosci is preferred
