Must-Have
7+ years of experience in a Senior Automation Development Capacity, focused on AI Automation and SolutionsHands-on experience with:
Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook)Advanced experience with Azure services
, including Azure Dev Ops and building CI/CD pipelinesProven track record building real, business-facing automationsAbility to work directly with non-technical teamsStrong problem-solving and execution mindsetComfortable working in ambiguity and moving quicklyNice to haves:
Experience with Copilot / Copilot StudioExperience with Dataverse and/or Power BIBackground in consulting or building solutions for operations teamsExperience in engineering, construction, or field services environmentsWhat You’ll Do
1. Build Automations
Design and deploy workflows using Power AutomateEliminate repetitive administrative tasks across departmentsIntegrate systems (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.)2. Build Internal Tools
Create applications using Power AppsImprove how teams manage projects, data, and reporting3. Deploy AI & Copilot
Implement Microsoft Copilot / Copilot StudioBuild AI-assisted workflowsTrain teams on how to use AI effectively4. Partner with the Business
Sit with teams and understand real workflowsTranslate business problems into practical solutionsRapidly prototype and deploy improvements5. Drive Adoption & Change
Ensure solutions are adopted and used across teamsInfluence leaders to embed automation into daily operationsContinuously refine solutions based on feedback6. Establish Automation Standards
Create scalable, secure solutionsBuild governance around Power Platform usageDocument and maintain systems
