Key Responsibilities:
• Support new client integrations into the N-Able platform
• Administer and maintain the platform's health
• Create and manage user training materials
• Process incident tickets and monitor request queues
• Provide after-hours technical support as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in IT support roles
• Experience in coding and reporting tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities
• Ability to adapt and work under pressure
