Be the driving force behind digital innovation for the Edmonton Oilers and OEG Sports. As the Social Media and Digital Manager, you will enhance fan interactions through impactful content and technology.
This role focuses on leveraging leading practices in social media and digital channels to engage and inform fans. The position is aimed at candidates with a strong understanding of sports marketing, digital tools, and fan engagement strategies. Collaborate with various teams to execute plans that foster revenue growth and team spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee strategic growth in digital and social platforms
• Direct content development for mobile and online channels
• Optimize website performance using fan behavior analytics
• Work alongside teams to implement digital technology
• Serve as managing editor for all publications
Requirements:
• Five years minimum in sports or live entertainment
• Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Proficient in graphic design and application tools
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
