Join Enhance Ontario as a Service Technician II, providing essential technical support across multiple healthcare facilities. This full-time position focuses on resolving user issues and supporting crucial IT services.
As part of the EO Enhance Ontario Tech Team, you will play a vital role in delivering first-line and intermediate technical assistance. Candidates should have strong troubleshooting skills with experience in Microsoft 365 applications, hardware, and connectivity issues. Your excellent communication and customer service skills will be essential in this collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for technical support
• Triage and document incidents and service requests
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
• Provide clear instructions and follow-up communication
• Support workstation deployment and account provisioning
Requirements:
• 2-year Diploma in computer technology or related field
• 3-5 years of customer service or technical support experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
• Experience with ticketing systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
