Skeena Gold + Silver is seeking an Expert Mine Systems Technologist to enhance mining operations at Eskay Creek. Engage in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of critical tech systems.
This role is critical to the operational success at Skeena, where you will oversee the functionality of Wenco Fleet Management technologies and ensure all systems run smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
• Install and configure onboard Wenco hardware
• Troubleshoot and repair communication radios and sensors
• Execute routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Support network connectivity and diagnose issues
• Record and report system modifications and performance metrics
Requirements:
• 3-7 years working with fleet management systems
• Educational background in Electronics or related field
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
