Key Responsibilities May Include:
Monitor and enhance platform performance to optimize end-user experience and improve overall business process workflows.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, assess platform capabilities, and convey system limitations and opportunities for improvement.Design, configure, and document platform enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to best practices.Oversee development and testing processes, including unit testing, user acceptance testing, integration testing, and regression testing, to ensure successful implementation.Identify and implement system and process improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and data quality.Troubleshoot user requests, addressing technical issues related to workflows, security, and interfaces to support problem resolution.Create test scripts, participate in user acceptance testing, and develop training materials to assist with end-user training and adoption.Share expert functional and technical knowledge to improve team competence and ensure smooth platform operations.About the Role
We are looking for an HR Systems Specialist to join a global team supporting HR technology and processes. This is an individual contributor role focused on maintaining and enhancing HR systems, resolving issues, and supporting ongoing system improvements.
You will work closely with HR teams, technical partners, and external vendors to ensure HR systems run smoothly and meet business needs.
What You’ll Do
Support global HR system initiatives, including reporting, dashboards, and employee self-service toolsPartner with HR, business teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and support system improvementsManage and resolve system-related inquiries through a case management processInvestigate issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutionsAssist with system updates, enhancements, and testing activitiesSupport integration processes and data transfers between systemsEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal policies and regulationsDevelop and maintain documentation for system processes and solutionsParticipate in system releases and help assess the impact of updatesContribute to ongoing projects and continuous improvement initiativesSupport audit requests and help resolve data-related discrepanciesQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)Experience working in an HR systems or HR operations environmentFamiliarity with HR technology platforms (such as cloud-based HR systems)Experience supporting system updates, testing, or implementationsSkills & Experience
Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to troubleshoot system and data issues effectivelyExperience with testing processes (unit testing, system testing, or user acceptance testing)Knowledge of change management and project workflowsStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyExcellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWhat You’ll Bring
