Lead cutting-edge digital initiatives with the Assisted Living and Social Services Ministry in Edmonton. As a full time Digital Transformation Manager, you will spearhead the development of user-focused digital services. In this permanent role, you will manage a team responsible for enhancing service delivery through human‑centered design practices.
You will engage in complex projects focusing on the modernization of services, aiming to make social support more efficient for Albertans. Your leadership will include mentoring team members and preparing communications for executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead large and small scale digital improvement projects
- Oversee implementation of user-centered design practices
- Develop digital technology strategies for service delivery
- Mentor and support team career development
- Write briefing notes and prepare presentations for leadership
- University degree in related field
- Four years of relevant experience in digital services
- Expertise in User Experience (UX) design principles
- Strong background in project management methodologies
- Knowledge of social services structures and goals
