Position: Salesforce Architect at Slalom

In this Principal level position, you will utilize your extensive Salesforce knowledge, including the various Salesforce Clouds, to create tailored solutions. You will engage with clients to elucidate their needs and manage the delivery of customized Salesforce projects, ensuring best practices are followed.

Your role will emphasize documentation, coding standards, and client expectation management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and document client requirements and deliverables

• Architect scalable Salesforce solutions for business challenges

• Facilitate design sessions and oversee project governance

• Manage technical delivery of integrations and custom development

• Ensure project quality through code reviews

Requirements:

• At least 8 years experience in CRM with a Salesforce focus

• Expertise in Salesforce functionalities and implementation

• Familiarity with key design patterns and architectural concepts

• Ability to bridge business and technical communications

• Current Salesforce certifications preferred
