Use your expertise to partner with teams, manage Jira for sprints and epics, and create dashboards that facilitate informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

• Scope, plan, and track growth initiatives with clarity

• Manage detailed execution of projects using Jira

• Create actionable dashboards and maintain timelines

• Facilitate planning and retrospective processes effectively

• Resolve blockers and address operational issues proactively

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a TPM role with software engineering and product teams

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies

• Experience with Jira for project management

• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs efficiently
