Your role will involve crafting a data-driven approach that minimizes outages and enhances system reliability across the organization. Key skills include architecting full-stack observability platforms, operationalizing AIOps, and driving cultural shifts in engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and implement observability and SRE strategy
• Architect a unified full-stack observability platform
• Drive AIOps capabilities for proactive incident management
• Establish SLO/SLI/Error Budget frameworks
• Recruit and develop a world-class SRE team
Requirements:
• 15+ years in technology, 8+ years in SRE leadership
• Proven track record in enterprise SRE transformation
• Expertise in observability tools and technologies
• Experience with AIOps and ML-driven capabilities
• Strong executive communication skills
