This role involves leading effective incident response strategies while working with various teams in the Global Technical Operations. You will oversee incident communications, conduct post-incident reviews, and track operational metrics to promote continuous improvement. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive teams is critical to ensure our platforms run seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate multi-team responses during major incidents
• Manage incident update communications effectively
• Lead investigations and track corrective actions
• Analyze recurring issues and identify trends
• Mentor the Operations Engineer for skill development
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years in SRE or technical operations
• Gaming industry experience preferred
• Proven incident management skills
• Strong analytical mindset
• Comfort with 24/7 operations model
