Become a key enabler in Agile practices with FGF Brands as a Scrum Master, focused on fostering collaboration and continuous improvement across technology teams.
In this role, you will drive Agile methodologies, facilitating Scrum events and empowering teams to reach their potential. With over five years of Scrum Master experience, you will guide teams through their Agile journey, supporting effective collaboration and maintaining a high standard of quality. Your efforts will create the conditions for success, aligning priorities across all business sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate all Scrum events for effective team collaboration
• Remove barriers and proactively identify risks impacting delivery
• Champion Scrum values to inspire team ownership and focus
• Promote a learning mindset and encourage continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners for clarity of vision
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields preferred
• Proven facilitation of Scrum events and Agile coaching
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools like Jira or Azure Dev Ops
• Certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required
