Step into a pivotal role as a Level 3 IT Analyst. Focus on complex technical support for Microsoft ecosystems and elevate business-critical systems management.
In this hands-on position, you’ll engage deeply with escalated IT tickets and facilitate top-notch support as part of our IT team. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting abilities, extensive experience in Microsoft environments, and the capability to manage technical challenges from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 3 support for complex IT issues
• Assist Level 2 staff with advanced troubleshooting
• Manage IT ticketing system and resolve tickets
• Support user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
• Monitor IT systems and address alerts proactively
Requirements:
• 5+ years in IT support or similar roles
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows environments
• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like Service Now
• Excellent communication skills for technical discussions
