Based in Los Angeles, Xsolla is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to ensure data governance and high performance across its data ecosystems. You will lead data engineering for the User Platform and collaborate closely with various stakeholders, focusing on building robust data systems that support insights and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead data engineering for User Platform and Recommendation Engine
• Ensure accurate and secure data across Snowflake and Kafka services
• Collaborate with ML engineers and build high-performance systems
• Implement data governance best practices organization-wide
• Support API-based data integration and microservice architectures
Requirements:
• 3-8 years of Data Engineering experience with governance
• Strong SQL and Python capabilities for large-scale ETL/ELT
• Knowledge of Snowflake tuning and warehouse orchestration
• Experience with data modeling methodologies
• Communicate effectively across technical and business teams
