Information Technology Manager, Hospitality Services

Reporting to the Vice President & Controller, you will utilize your extensive IT management experience to oversee all technology services related to multiple restaurant locations in Canada. You will focus on system integrity, security, and efficient IT service delivery, ensuring all systems support culinary excellence and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all corporate and restaurant IT resources

• Support system upgrades and implement new technologies

• Ensure data security and compliance with PCI standards

• Provide support for point-of-sale and reservation systems

• Troubleshoot and maintain network infrastructure

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-8 years in IT management

• Familiarity with hospitality technology solutions

• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft or Cisco advantageous

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lead and mentor IT teams
