Position: Electronics Repair Technician at Dr. Phone Fix
Location: St. Albert

Join Dr. Phone Fix as an Electronics Repair Technician and solve customer technology problems every day. You'll focus on repairing computers, smartphones, and tablets while providing excellent service.

In this full-time role, Dr. Phone Fix seeks a dedicated technician with a passion for electronics repair. Your responsibilities will include testing, diagnosing, and repairing devices, as well as explaining technical solutions to customers. Familiarity with Android and Apple operating systems is essential, along with a track record in sales to meet targets for prepaid plans and accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair smartphones and computers

• Generate estimates for repairs and replacements

• Clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical customers

• Maintain customer records using the Point of Sale system

• Manage inventory according to company guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience

• 1 year experience in cell phone repair

• 1 year experience in computer repair

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work flexible retail hours
