Our energy & resources client is seeking a Technical Coordinator (SCADA/Leak Detection, 7+ years of experience) to support Agile software delivery and coordinate business analysis across pipeline control systems
Join a dynamic team driving technology initiatives within the oil & gas sector, focused on SCADA and Leak Detection system development. This role integrates business analysis, project coordination, and Agile facilitation to ensure successful delivery of software solutions supporting operational efficiency. The position offers strong cross-functional visibility and interaction between technical teams and business stakeholders, enabling impactful project outcomes across multiple initiatives.

Must Haves
Minimum 7+ years of experience in business analysis
, project coordination
, and Agile delivery environmentsExperience with SCADA systems and Leak Detection solutions within the oil & gas or energy domainDemonstrated ability to translate complex technical requirements for business stakeholdersFamiliarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or KanbanEducation in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical disciplineNice to Have
Experience in pipeline or industrial control systems environmentsExposure to Git, Dev Ops platforms, or CI/CD pipelinesHands-on experience with Jira dashboards and workflowsBackground coordinating distributed or hybrid teamsResponsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirementsCollaborate with stakeholders to define technical deliverables based on operational needsPlan and track project activities across multiple initiativesMonitor timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful executionFacilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectivesOrganize and lead demos to communicate progress and capture feedbackSupport backlog grooming and prioritization with product owners and technical teams
