As the SAP Fieldglass Lead, you will guide the design and configuration of the SAP Fieldglass system, serving as a vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams. With over 7 years of experience in SAP and specifically Fieldglass, your expertise will facilitate improved processes for managing contingent workforce lifecycle effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP Fieldglass functional design ensuring effective workforce management

• Simplify Fieldglass systems by optimizing custom features

• Facilitate workshops for solution scoping and design with stakeholders

• Redesign integrations with Workday and SAP S/4

HANA addressing pain points

• Own data migration and user acceptance testing for Fieldglass modules

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields

• 7+ years of SAP experience with specific Fieldglass knowledge

• Strong understanding of workforce management processes

• Hands-on experience in Fieldglass configuration and integration
