As a key member of the Application & Cloud Services team, you will oversee application and cloud solutions within the Business Technology Services department. Your expertise will help ensure the stability and reliability of WCB's IT environment, focusing on continuous improvement and security. In addition to project support, you'll be involved in system management and tactical decision-making to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform primary support for enterprise applications and cloud environments

• Liaise with teams to address problem tickets and find solutions

• Plan and lead ACS projects and initiatives effectively

• Troubleshoot software and hardware-related issues

• Maintain robust documentation as per standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer-related discipline

• 10 years IT services experience, 7 years in technical support

• Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops, Microsoft Teams, and Linux

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• ITIL and COBIT certification preferred
