Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain structured onboarding journeys, interactive learning paths, and self-service portals for developer teams
  • Author clear, concise technical documentation, quick-start guides, FAQs, and release notes using Markdown and internal wikis
  • Script, record, and edit engaging video tutorials that walk developers through Dev Ops tools and workflows
  • Champion adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools, teaching teams to leverage "Git Hub Copilot" for code generation and CI/CD optimization
  • Host live training sessions, facilitate workshops, and run technical office hours to build a thriving developer community
  • Serve as the voice of the developer, translating feedback into actionable requirements for core Dev Ops and infrastructure teams
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, Technical Training, or Technical Writing with a Dev Ops/Platform Engineering focus
  • Solid understanding of modern Dev Ops concepts, including CI/CD pipelines ("Git Hub Actions"), Docker, cloud infrastructure, and version control
  • Hands-on experience using generative AI tools such as "Git Hub Copilot" or ChatGPT for development, troubleshooting, or documentation
  • Proven portfolio showcasing technical writing (docs, blogs, guides) and/or technical video creation (screen recordings, tutorials)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented mindset and passion for helping engineers succeed
  • Experience with static site generators, Markdown, or publishing tools is a plus
