IT Business Analyst

Position: IT Business Analyst at EPCOR
Take on complex application projects as an IT Business Analyst with EPCOR in Edmonton, AB. Support major initiatives by documenting and delivering functional requirements throughout the system development lifecycle.

As a full-time Business Analyst, you will engage with EPCOR’s Information Services team to address real business challenges. In this role, you will conduct analysis for application initiatives and enhance your understanding of EPCOR’s operations. Your contributions will ensure project alignment with business needs while maintaining quality and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct business analysis on medium to large IT projects

• Contribute to capital project planning aligned with strategies

• Analyze functional requirements for information needs

• Support project outcomes by aligning analysis with SDLC standards

• Maintain understanding of compliance with policies and regulations

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in related field required

• 4+ years of IT business analysis experience

• Proven experience leading multi-phase initiatives

• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile environments

• Excellent analytical, facilitation, and communication skills
